"Fully paid for room in hotels.com. At counter for check in on 8pm on 01May26. Wait for 2hours no room available with heavily over booking and crowds of people in lobby waiting for rooms. Decided to seek PlanB at this late hour after 10pm. Request for cancelation and refund through hotels.com. No acknowledge receipt was Issued to us. We left to find alternative accommodation with the understanding that we will be refunded by 12noon on 02May26 but no payment received."

"Room was abit run down, but very spacious with full kitchen. Also a short walk away from legoland. Overall recommended for families visiting legoland. "

"The hotel is in a good location and very spacious rooms. The room condition is not great upon closer inspection as there are a lot of small damages, but in general it was a pleasant stay and decent value for money. The breakfast was good. The staff at check in and maintenance staff were not very useful and I saw the cleaners hiding often on their phones, but when they did the work it was fine."
