"Loved the beds, slides, little treat for my granddaughter, cleanliness, TV and toothbrushes and clean towels. The personal room playground was in excellent condition and that was what made the stay most memorable and enjoyable for my granddaughter.
But.....toilet sink was somewhat choked, shower head was leaking, and I had hoped for a separate shampoo and body wash bottles. Also for hooks or lines to hang our towels.
Would appreciate a plug for USB or something (for inserting wires for charging phones).
I wasn't told to approach the guard counter for checking in. That made it confusing and troublesome to manoeuvre. The guard wasn't patient nor friendly either.
Apart from these shortcomings, we enjoyed our stay and would love to plan for a 3 night stay there again instead of for just 1 night. Frankly, we enjoyed the stay here more than at the Premium room at Legoland Hotel.
