「I give 5 stars to this hotel. Location is convenient. Easy to call Grab. Restaurants are located within 10min of walk. I recommend Restauron Ipoh 新怡保飯店 for dinner. Inside the room, clean, tidy and you have everything you need, tooth brush, tooth paste, coffee machines, nespresso capsule etc. air con is strong, bed is comfortable, can relax after a hot day’s walk. 「非常独特的精品酒店，每一个角落都是值得摄影留下纪念，酒店楼下的咖啡厅是有著名的，环境优雅，下午茶好地方，隔壁就是Aeon Shopping Mall,如果驾车去市区大约5-10分钟车程，服务员都很有礼貌，很精心的为我们安排，还免费给了我们一些行程表参考，我们5人租了2间房间，是可以相连的房间，大家都十分满意，房间厕所都很大，很美观。有提供吹风机，浴袍，牙刷用具，矿泉水，全都是免费的，房间所提供的东西都有印上M Boutique 的 Logo ,很精美。下次还会再入住以及介绍给亲朋好友，谢谢这次的热情款待。」

「Entrance to the accommodation was not easy to locate as I passed at least thrice before figuring out where it is. The front desk closes at 6pm and there isn’t a lift so beware not to carry too heavy. The stack where my room is not soundproof and was offered a family room upgrade on a different stack. Overall the stay was pleasant as it’s right in the middle of the new town and a tourist attraction with lots of local coffee shops. The room was rustic but clean with pleasantly strong air...

Both the main entrance and the reception counter on the 12/F were respectively posted with a security guard. A 7-11 shop located on the G/F is convenient for purchase of food and sundry items.
