「Hotel , pool and beaches lovely!! Clean, breakfast very good. Coffee shop great . Walking distance to everything!! Only problem is never enough people at front desk. And don’t face north side of sea tower towards the moomba bar! Very noisy at night. 」

「We loved the Boutique Apartments in Aruba. Check in was very quick as well as check out. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessities to cook or just to eat the light meal. There was also a Welcome basket with some coffee and tea. We really like the beach chairs and the beach towels so we could take it whenever we went to the beach. We could also relax by the pool on the property. Very nice place close to Eagle beach and Palm Beach.」

「Overall the place was great, the staff was amazing. My only complaint was that there was not enough pool or beach chairs for how many guests they accommodate. Also, their restaurant selection isn’t the best but the buffet was great. 」

「Property was pitiful, small, dirty, bugs, inadequate shower, couldn’t flush toilet paper, was told by checking host we needed to put to in the trash and not the toilet. Extremely small room, air didn’t work and no lock on the door. Want a full refund, didn’t stay ever one hour.」

「I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times (5–6 visits) and always had a great experience, which is why this situation is so disappointing. I was charged for a restaurant bill at 7:09 AM on the day of my arrival, even though my flight landed at 1:55 PM — clearly impossible. I contacted both accounting and management and provided full proof, but no one has responded for 10 days. It appears a simple mistake was made, but instead of resolving it, they are ignoring the issue. Very disappointing...

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」
