Rosewood is located in a convenient location. I enjoyed the breakfast there, not the food, but the service. The assistant manger, Kinson is very professional and he can remember my changing food preference. I appreciate his professionalism and thank you very much.

Very nice hotel, great room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the lounge on the 40th floor, and outdoor patio, but the food and refreshments could not be compared with those I had when I last visit earlier this year, a little bit disappointed with the dim sum and hot bar for breakfast. Everything else was good.

Room is spacious, bright, clean air, comfortable, full toiletries provided & staffs are really attentive & courteous. Great value for this classy room. I'd return to this hotel for my many more visits. Adjoining mall offers branded goods & some mixed value eateries. Beside is the Avenue of Stars & night scene is mesmerizing.

Very comfortable stay
The hotel is really luxury, best location, much newer compare to other big brands, I stayed in the corner suite with best view, the room was very spacious, corner suite layout is a little bit lack of efficiency, 2 connecting shower was very impressive, overall was good, very comfortable bed. I would come back again.

Interior decor is very nice. I like the books placed in the room and the waiting area in the lift lobby. There is no desk in the room which is inconvenient when I use my laptop.

Overall experience was excellent from the arrival through the front desk, the concierge and Manor Club; the cleanliness and the amenities in the room. Everywhere I went in thehotel was perfect. 3k+HKD for a room with no phone and A/C
There were a few problems in my room. The weight scale, phone and the air conditioning were broken/ not functioning well. The house keeping replaced the scale after I called the hotel via my own mobile phone, and then 2 more staff came fixing the phone which took about 2.5 hours to get it done. After I got back from Henry, i realised the air conditioning was not functioning at all, the room was very warm. So i called again and the maintanence staff came and spent around 40 minutes to get it fixed until around 1 am. I was very disappointed about no one ever offered a room change! can you imagine staying in a hotel without a direct line to the house keeping/ front desk? they should had really offered me. It is not okay for your client to watch the staff keep fixing things in the room. It felt like we were living with someone else. not to mention it is a five star luxurious hotel. Also the clock on the bedside table was very loud, its like u were sleeping next to a bomb counting down.

Best place in HK for a staycation
The Rosewood Hong Kong was the absolute best choice for my solo staycation! Beautifully appointed rooms, outstanding service and the friendliest staff in Hong Kong. It was a luxury level experience from check in to check out. My experience makes we want to try out the other Rosewood properties.
