「We were unfortunate be there with road works under our windows and front door, and the building undergoing renovations at the same time. The redevelopments resulted in the aircon having to be turned off which was not fun in a hot Vienna. Our host was most apologetic, offered a discount and had provided a pedestal fan which made a bit of a difference, especially at night. 「We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot.
