Room had all we need, easy access to apartment. Clean room with towels. Just a couple of stops on the subway which made the access to the centre very easy. Neighbourhood may appear a bit intimidating but we didn’t have any issues. Would stay there again

Nice place to stay. Good facilities area was quite cosmopolitan which we liked. Good Parking is available locally for 10euro 24hrs. Good place to stay

This property does not have a person to check in with, a code emailed to you prior. The code I received was incorrect. The situation was stressful. There is a telephone number to ring if you experience problems however traveling with just an eSIM doesn’t allow this type of contact. I was fortunate that another guest phoned on my behalf and a correct code was issued. The screen check in process was all in German. Difficult. The room was comfortable and spacious, fresh clean linen and towels. I didn’t like only having one key card for entry and no onsite staff.

We booked on hotels and did not receive the code required to enter the structure. We had to call. The room was not overly clean and there was hair in the bed. The entire outdoor area and elevator reeked of marijuana. The hear is not controlled and there was no light other than the super bright overhead lights. There was only feather bedding and I’m allergic. Because there was no one on site, most of these things are unavoidable. The structure itself is quite nice but I felt things could be better run.

Do not go there …if you are there leave now Place full of bed bug as soune as you close de light the bath was disgusting all dirty … The manager never came back to me afther I hask for a other room .. we had to leave the place in the midle of the night because it’s they was so much bed … from big bug to very small one … I do not recommande this place !

Comfortable and easy to get to

Convenient location and a comfortable base. The small kitchenette was fine for drinks/breakfast, and the living area means there is somewhere to relax rather than just sitting on the bed. The check in process is very easy, and the property was easy to find. There are shops and an underground station not far away. The only downside is that there are no curtains or blinds in the property, so you feel very exposed when changing as the property over the road can probably see in.

Confirmation number on email to check in was wrong. Had to call. FYI, rooms with number and letter can only be accessed thru glass doors on first floor. No need to use elevator.

The room was not cleaned properly, and long hairs were coming out everywhere. It seemed that the previous guest had been smoking, so it smelled of cigarettes, and the smoke detector was covered. I emailed them about it, but they didn't change the room and there was no response. We had breakfast at a nearby contract restaurant, but they refused because they said they didn't have a reservation. I emailed them about this too, but there was no response. Also, a suspicious person was sleeping in the lounge from night until morning. I called the hotel but no one answered. There are no employees on-site at the hotel, so they can't respond if something happens.

Siamo stati a Vienna per qualche giorno e abbiamo soggiornato qui. Semplice il check-in e il check-out, un po' lontana dal centro ma situato vicino alla metro, che è ben collegata con il centro (raggiungibile in pochi minuti, appunto con la metro). Stanze pulite, piccole, hanno tutto quello che serve! A noi è piaciuto tanto!

Difficile de savoir par où commencé quand il y a tant de chose à dire. Les responsables de l'hôtel (si on peu appeler ça ainsi) sont de veritable fantome qui apres avoir oublié de vous fournir le code préfère vous laisser dehors à 3h du matin dehors vous obligeant à payer une chambre a prix fort.

Absolut schlechter Check-In. Personal ist nicht vor Ort und das merkt man. Als man beim Check-In nicht weiterkam, wurde gesagt, dass man nichts weiter machen könne. Irgendwann haben wir es dann ins Zimmer geschafft haben (ohne jegliche Hilfe). Die Zimmer sind klein aber praktisch.

Sisäänkirjautuminen oli todella vaikeaa. Pelkkä varausnumero ei riittänyt vaan oikean numerosarjan saaminen vaati soiton matkatoimistoon, josta todettiin hotellin huolehtivan sisäänkirjautumisessa avustamisessa. Hotelli palautti vastuun matkatoimistolle. Hotellin asiakaspalvelija oli töykeä ja epäkohtelias. Matkatoimisto puolestaan voisi ryhdistäytyä kaikkien tarvittavien tietojen lähettämisessä. Sijainti oli kulkuyhteyksien kannalta erinomainen. Huoneisto oli muuten siisti, keittiön kaappien ovet tahraiset ja pyyhkimättä.

Ich hatte gestern gebucht gehabt und da heute ein feiertag ist hat es lange gedauert bis das geld von expedia zu unterkunft überwiesen worden ist. Ich habe gestern 2 stunden drausen gewartet Die dame an der service line war sehr unfreundlich Das expedia team hat mir nicht weiter helfen können Ich habe dafür bezahlt meine expedia punkte wurde eingelöst Jetzt hab ich das geld verloren meine punkte verloren und das traurige ist ich habe nicht mal drinnen geschlafen Ich bin in ein anderes hotel gefahren habe dort übernachtet weil ich nicht ein checken konnte. Echt traurig sowas zu erleben Ich empfehle euch nicht Finger fern halten man wird nur abgezogt Meine 90€ wurde einfach so für nichts abgebucht Also leute finger weg con diesen apartment Kein Kundenservice Kein Verständnis für sowas Reine abzocke das ist betrug
