The hotel was very nice and staff very friendly. Was given a complementary free upgrade to a two bedroom apartment which was excellent and much appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent place. The tram is behind the building, 3 minutes walk and it was very easy to get in the center town. The place is very clean, confortable and we will definitely stay there again should we go back to Vienna.

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. The property is roughly an hour walk from the city center so that was the only downside. The kitchen and fridge in the room was super convenient and the free laundry was also another plus! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family !

Long weekend in Vienna

We choose this apartment hotel for a long weekend visit rmto Vienna. Its about 20 minutes out from the city centre using the Tram. The communication before the trip was good. The room was lovely. Everything was clean and spotless.

A great choice of accommodation convenient for transport to most tourist attractions in Vienna either via tram or train and exceptionally quiet except for one night when a very loud disco carried on until the early hours.

Overall, the property is acceptable but does not meet the 4-star standard advertised at the entrance. The staff were friendly and very supportive throughout my stay. Breakfast, although somewhat expensive at €18–19 per person, was well prepared and offered a good variety. However, the price seems excessive for children, who are unlikely to eat enough to justify the cost. My room faced the main road with six driving lanes, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the windows did not block the traffic noise effectively. For a short business stopover, this hotel may be suitable, but it is less ideal for medium-length stays such as a holiday.
