「Amazing staff on reception and a super helpful chap greets you, takes cases up, takes cases out to taxi in the morning….he even had an umbrella for us as was stormy. Hotel in need of updating BUT clean, comfortable for a 1 night stay and so well located for mooching around Corfu town」

「 We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. 」

「This was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoy—whether it’s the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants. 「We had a fantastic stay at the Batelo. The room was very nice with a fantastic view. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and also with renting a car. A small “hidden” beach within walking distance and a bit further a little village with very nice restaurants for dinner. We would love to come back!!」

「I recently stayed her for 2 nights. On arrival the host was very welcoming and provided us with lots of good information regarding the area such as places to visit, information on local transport and restaurant reccomendations. The room was lovely and spacious with a good aircon system. The room was lovely and clean and perfect for what we needed for a short stay. The pool area was quiet with a few guests. The area is modern and well maintained with comfortable sunbeds and lovely clean pool....
