「We stayed at Folies for 2 nights before our flight home. We arrived at the hotel early so our room wasn’t ready yet but a lovely receptionist let us park , leave our luggage in reception and use the facilities and she let us know when our room was ready. All the staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Our room was clean, modern and well equipped with a kitchenette and a patio area overlooking greenery and a pond. 「Tolle Lage, direkt am Kanal d'amore. Das Zimmer mit Pool war riesig. Leider ohne fließendes Wasser. Anfangs tröpfelte nur etwas Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn, es stank aber. Dann kam weder am Waschbecken, noch aus Dusche oder WC Wasser. Auch an der Pooltoilette /-Dusche kam kein Wasser. Dann kam noch ein Sturm auf und auch der Strom und WLAN fielen aus. Wir waren zu zweit für 250 € nur eine Nacht im Hotel, konnten in der Zeit weder richtig auf Toilette, noch duschen oder Hände waschen. Am nächsten...

「Everything was smooth. A bit misleading in terms of "sea view" and some members of staff clearly hate their job, but overall it was worth the money. Food was not bad either. Definitely recommended!」

「Lovely family-style hotel - no fight for the sunbeds, great sized pool, lovely poolside bar area serving tasty food, clean rooms with frequent bedding and towel changes. They also helped us with taxis and car hire - all at very reasonable prices. Also a nice walk to Gouvia or the marina.」
