「När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel.
