「I chose this hotel because it’s so close to the harbor and my kid could get 10 more minutes sleep on the day for our speed boat trip. 「Pros: helpful and nice staff, clean bedroom and bathroom. Cons: absolute lack of maintenance, the hotel was build few years ago and since then there was no maintenance at all. Paint is peeling of the walls and ceiling, gardens without flowers, common areas look like construction yard, there is no space to hang around, sit together, etc. Fotos has been taken in the time the hotel was opened. Now it looks much different.」
