Great hotel!

Totally loved it and the kids had a great time at the variety of restaurants and the kids club. Hotel is well kept and amenities are comprehensive. Will be my hotel of choice in Komodo in future.

Beautiful property and excellent room. Worth the upgrade to the deluxe category for higher floor and the spectacular view. Service was excellent and good quality breakfast, restaurants and bars. Labuan Bajo town is just a 10 minute taxi ride away so don’t hesitate to go in for dinner. Don’t fall into the trap of booking tours through the hotel - the price they charge is exorbitant, we booked a private 12 hour boat tour for 2 people for the same price it would have cost for us to join their group tour for 4 less hours.

Nice location on the coast

We had a nice stay at the Ayana. Excellent location and facilities. The room was spacious and comfortable The only negative point for us was how incredibly expensive the drinks at the restaurants were, especially for Indonesia; similarly with tours and transfer which were 3x more expensive than independent operators

We stayed for 3 nights at Ayana, all of-the amenities and facilities are so full-filling, for sure this place is highly recommended. We had a bit trouble, our flight got cancelled..but Ayana welcomed us back, Igi from the front desk was so helpful. So we stayed one more night and had a pleasant time. Don’t forget to visit “Kisik” the romantic seafood restaurant, Naga bar by the pier and enjoy the Sunset from the lobby lounge…

Amazing view from resort and lovely design overall. Unfortunately staff needs better training to justify top of the market pricing - eg they wouldn’t let my Grab/Gojek drivers into hotel grounds for pick up until I would physically go to the desk and complain (shouldn’t have to do this!) also lack of room cleaning and turn-down. They would only come once early morning and fail to check back / make up for the rest of the day! Pro tip - don’t pay $75 per day for breakfast!!! Total rip off - there are great cafes a few kms away.

One of the best resorts I’ve stayed in with all necessary amenities within the resort itself. A perfect place for a wellness vacation. The staff are constantly checking up on your wellness and comfort of stay as well. Town is only a 10 mins drive away but most of the activities can be booked from the resort itself. Superb luxury resort at gateway to Komodo Dragons

Stunning hotel in all aspects. Incredible view over the ocean and outer islands, great restaurants and pool bar. Highlight was a full day charter do their yacht to Komodo island to see the dragons, snorkelling with turtles and manta ray and visiting the pink beach. We enjoyed Christmas themed dinners with the family and overall great stay.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Luxurious and beautiful. Incredible dining options. We loved unique bar for cocktails and shisha, and honzen for dinner. The staff is so friendly and attentive. We loved being able to jump into the water off the over water deck. The pool is absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!! We wish we stayed more than one night.

An absolutely beautiful stay. While the food is not as outstanding as the Ayana in Bali, it was good (but not amazing). The property itself is beautiful and incredibly scenic and they offer many tours provided by the hotel. We chose to do a tour provided by an outside party, but they gave us an excellent breakfast box to go with us and it made that tour so much better (it felt like we had the best breakfast box of the entire group). This was such an relaxing stay and the service was excellent. We loved it.

Truly unforgettable stay at the beach resort-Ayana

I had an excellent hotel experience, with exceptionally courteous staff across all departments—from the front office to the F&B team, including room service and housekeeping. Jenifer, from the hotel tour help desk, was incredibly helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations for tours that perfectly suited my girlfriend and me. Max, the hotel lifeguard and snorkelling guide, also played a key role in making our stay memorable.

Hotel far exceeded our expectations. Superb condition, great service, several dining options, relaxed rooftop bar with a good vibe, top design pool area. Hotel's own jetty with a chilout bar, direct access to various activities. But above the views!!
