「I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
We arrived at around 9:00 AM after a long journey. Since we arrived early, I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast, but my request was refused. I then asked about early check-in and was told to come back after 12:00 PM.
When I returned at 12:30 PM, I was informed that I could check in only if I paid an additional €25 for early check-in, even though the room was clearly already available. While the official check-in time is 3:00...

「I have travelled extensively and can confidently say that I have never encountered such poor accommodation. The facilities provided were not fit for use. The bed, towels, bedsheets, duvet, couch, and pillows were all in an unacceptable condition old, worn, unpleasant in appearance, and emitting a very bad odor.
Furthermore, prior to my arrival, it appears the heating and hot water had been turned off remotely, and all the windows were left wide open. As a result, the apartment was freezing cold...

「Von außen und im Hausflur bekommt man erstmal einen kleinen Schreck, weil es sehr heruntergekommen wirkt. Die Wohnung selbst aber ist in Ordnung. Der Checkin hat gut geklappt und Wohnung war sauber. Hervorragend ist die Lage direkt am Prater und nicht weit entfernt von der U-Bahn. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind nah. Bett war bequem :)
Abzüge, warum es trotzdem nur 3 Sterne gibt: die Einrichtung ist doch sehr minimalistisch; kein Bild, keine Deko, kein Nachttisch, Lichtschalter nur am anderen...
