「Quiet hotel although it is located in remote area.」

「The hotel is easy to find, it’s right next to Tram station (No 2 or 12) and 5 min. Walk to the train station to / from airport. The room is clean, and spacious. The coffee and tea at the lobby is free flow. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I left my scarf in the lobby last night and I managed to find it from the list & found. Definitely highly recommended! 」

「the original check in time of the hotel should be two oclock but since we arrived the city quite early, the host still gave us the key of our room for later moving in and when we were back to the hotel at night our luggage and belongings were already transferred up to our room and this was great. the hotel room was much bigger than what we expected and is like an apartment for daily living intead of normal hotel room although water kettle was not provided. you will need to walk for about an...

「本次在10/30（三）入住210號房，乾淨,安靜,距離VIE機場也近,附近吃飯採買也都適宜,也有地鐵可搭,非常便利！早餐很豐富。唯一認為可以加強的：前台人力稍嫌不足，很明顯客人已經在排隊了，但看到前台後面的門有人進進出出（不知道他們在忙什麼），但就是讓前台只有一個人服務，電話也響個不停，這讓住房者感覺不太專業！可以改善人力的適時支援，會更棒！！」

「The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!」
