"Hotel in general very good. Excellent service by the staff, very polite and helpful. Room was tight. Familiy market on the first floor with snacks and drinks. Location very convenient waking distance for tour stops and government building to see the city from the top for free. Shinjuku train station 10 minutes walk. A lot of shopping around. Airport-hotel limousine bus very convenient direct in both ways."
