"The property is next to the mall, very convenience, lots of restaurants in the mall. The train station is not too far away and there is airport limousine bus station nearby the Ariake Garden mall (to and from Haneda). The cost per night is very reasonable."

"The location was convenient however, it is right in the middle of the red light district of Shinjuku. Lots of drunk people late at night and early mornings specially on weekends. The room was so tiny it is hard to move around specially if you have a lot of luggages (we only had 3). You’ll have all the basic things needed for a good sleep and stay in Tokyo though. "
