He made us feel at home with stories about his family and organised transfers for our onward journey too. Nothing was too much trouble. 」

「It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. 「Just as the comments below mentioned, hotel staff are really really helpful and sweet, especially Justin and the staff who work in Sea Breeze, the hotel restaurant. We stayed in the Element for 3 nights, seeking for some relaxation and the hotel didn't disappoint me! We went swimming in the pool and visited the gym room almost everyday! 「It's so relaxing and wonderful journey. I thought it was inevitable to have mosquito problem in this tropical island. Do have DEET product to make your journey perfect. Dont count on natural oil to survive in this safari」

「The environment is really nice. We stay in the beach front villa, and it’s really comfortable and quiet. However we don’t like the food by the Thai restaurant, it’s too sweet for us. The room is quite big, but not clean enough because I saw dust on the Corners. I am also wondering if they wash the cushions every time.」

「Charming little boutique hotel off the beaten track. The staff are so attentive and with the small number of rooms you really feel like you’re staying with a wonderful family. The food was also exceptional and reasonably priced. We struggled to get around a little as we don’t drive and didn’t want to rent scooters, but we were perfectly happy just exploring the local area and enjoying the wonderful setting of the hotel. 「Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. Also didn’t like that they had a yoga class every couple days, but it was $45 if you wanted to...
