「Overall, an absolutely beautiful hotel with very kind people. The room was excellent and I’ve never been to a more friendly place. The only negatives would be at times The staff just didn’t understand drink orders, and there were a few meals where the service was slow and inconsistent. Again they were super friendly, but I feel a bit young and inexperienced to deal with more complicated requests. 「It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. 「The environment is really nice. We stay in the beach front villa, and it’s really comfortable and quiet. However we don’t like the food by the Thai restaurant, it’s too sweet for us. The room is quite big, but not clean enough because I saw dust on the Corners. I am also wondering if they wash the cushions every time.」
