This hotel was sensational. The rooms were stunning. So beautifully and thoughtfully appointed. Separate toilet. And a whole indoor our door shower. Honestly this place was amazing.

A beautiful resort with a fantastic and friendly staff! They were very accommodating in every way and made it easy for us to eat as vegetarians (most Thai dishes they were able to make vegetarian). We did one excursion and it was a very memorable day filled with beautiful sights and fun swimming spots (thanks to our tour guide Anis!).

No regret resort

Except for a small disagreement during check-in the stay was perfect. The resort is located on a secluded beach in the northern part of Koh Yao Noi. Access to hotel from the pier was via private taxi as the hotel does not provide shuttle from pier to resort. Upside: - I truly liked the room layout. It has an outdoor shower, and outdoor seating area - The resort is really serene. When I was staying there it didn't feel crowded at all. Downside: - Given it is a secluded resort, everything is more expensive: you need to pay 750Baht pp to travel to village, restaurants are truly expensive

The property and location was amazing. Unfortunately our “sea view” room could not see the ocean at all, and several buildings were under major construction, so you could not enjoy the pool area, beach area or spa with all the construction noise. The construction is greatly needed, as the rooms are all outdated and in pretty rough shape. It is very difficult to leave the property to go into town as the road is almost impassable, and only trucks can get down the road. The resort has potential to be amazing, it just needs some TLC to get there.

+ Clean room, comfortable bed + Sufficient lounging areas inside and outside the room, as well as at the beach + Reasonably private pool deck, depending on location of your room + Nice infinity dipping pool with strong massage jets + Sufficient drinking water provided. + Reasonably priced food, although some dishes lack flavour + Nice and clean yoga space at the beach + Definitely value for money + Friendly staff (only the GM having his breakfast among the guests looked a bit grumpy) - turn down service only on first night - low water pressure in shower - can hear neighbours through walls and bushes (but that is only an issue if you have inconsiderate neighbours) - sign in the room says that the property is smoke free, but guests smoke in the restaurant and on the deck (and ash tray is provided) - a fan at the outdoor terrace area would be great

Loved our stay! The view from our room was the best surprise. We also loved the breakfast buffet, the free yoga and boat tour. The resort is beautiful, clean and has lots of nature. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and activities.The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Our only regret is not booking for more that two nights. Would definitely recommend.

Paradise by Nature.

We stayed at Paradise Koh Yao for 4 nights and were very sad to leave. Although isolated from the main part of Koh Yao Noi it is accessible by local road transport or hotel transfer by boat from Phuket. The views into the rainforest trees from our room and island views from beach are spectacular. Rooms are lovely and choice of onsite restaurants, choice of food is excellent. The service from staff is welcoming and friendly. A great place to stage day island trips from or just relax in luxury. We can’t wait to go back.

Favorite resort we stayed in during our 3 week honeymoon . It shares a beach with the tree house that you have likely seen on social media but much more reasonable prices . We were due to upgrade to a pool room with a view for our last night but when we got there - there was no view . HOWEVER the staff could not have been more helpful and as there was no space at paradise we got a free upgrade to a pool suit at the tree houses next door ! Will definitely be returning .

We waited almlost 2 hours, and I have en baby in only 9 months and a child 4 years. We Got a Rom far away from the pool and restaurant! They will not give us a room change. The lady at the reception called Dao was so rude and Anger all the time. and not helpfull at all. She was disrespectfull! The place is so faraway … and the food at the mail restaurant and rhe Italien restaurant is so bad and expensive. We booked table at the Italien and the manger was so rude .. she Kept us waiting 15 minuts and ignored us when We asked for moskeqtos spray. After waiting Long We just went to the main restaurant and ate … bad and expensive food. The staf was sweet and helpfull at the main restaurant. All Price in menu is without tax and fee - The Shuttle bus til 711 Costa 350 bhat! For one person My kid 3 years also costs!! they take advantage of the fact that the hotel is isolated.. and is so expenstive. Good things: We booked a jazzuzzi Rom - they room was beautiful Housekeeping was so sweet. Linda at the reception and Tamara was sooo helpfull and sweet. We Got welcoming drinks All in all - nevet Coming back and not recommend this hotel.
