「Just like another 2 couples , we couldn’t gain access to the property as we were told it was damaged on arrival to the property . We were left stranded and had to sleep on the street due to not being able To afford accadation elsewhere . We spoke to a man who we think was in charge of the property and he couldn’t have gave less of a damn. Shocking with no communication from Expedia and the property to not have yhe DECENCY to let us know !」

A wholesome breakfast is provided, should you require it. You are within walking distance of bus stops and taxi...

「A small dining room but elegantly decorated, high-class just the English breakfast. Location a few blocks from the police station and in middle of a vibrant town. Best are the staffs who are kind, helpful and professional.」

「房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。」

「Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. The chalets- this is essentially a motel set up- were delightful, modern, clean and well appointed! Food and drink was excellent and great value for money! Location is beautiful- overlooking stunning countryside」
