「Nice view but some simple amenities have been overlooked. Adding lamps that have charging outlets next to the bed would have been a hugely convenient amenity. I, like many people, use my phone’s alarm clock but having to search the room and move the bed from the wall to plug my phone in was a pain. Overall nice stay but it always the little things when you’re already not in the comforts of your own home.」

「When we checked in we were given a room and went up there. Both keycards worked great and we went in the room and there was someone elses stuff in there! Fortunately they weren't in the room otherwise that would have been TERRIBLE. We went back down to the front desk and the staff member was going up the elevator and said he would be right back. We waited about 15 minutes, this was at 4PM so right at check in time so there were 5 other parties behind us by the time he came back, and then he...

「Annoying how the office is at a different building and location also,the office is messy and crowded feeling, the old lady working was not happy at all made me not want to deal with her would’ve stayed somewhere else if I’m being honest but I already booked online,don’t think she smiled once she was a grumpy person seemed like not pleasant to deal with unfortunately 」
