「If you like historic older hotels, you will find this quite charming. They let you know in advance that there are a lot of stairs to carry your bags up to check in. The front desk staff were very nice. Our room, a king suite, was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great location. We parked on the street and felt our vehicle was safe. My husband said they did an excellent job on the remodeling.」

The room itself was sparkling clean and so cozy. It felt like staying on a boat, with panoramic windows of the river. The surrounding area is walkable, but close to a homeless camp.」

We did find a sock from a previous guest underneath the bed though, that is my only take away that I wish they would clean under the beds after every guest.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes. The rooms were small, but modern and efficient. Weirdly there were only a few guests although when I tried to book it showed it almost booked up. The location is great right near...

「Guest rooms are immaculate with distinctive and tasteful furnishings that are normally only seen in boutique hotels. The location is quiet and away from the city with two pub style restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a small unique location with hosts who make you feel more like friends than guests I can highly recommend the South Jetty Inn.」
