The property was basic but clean. Definitely needs some TLC, new outlets, doors, etc. but still not bad. Staff was friendly and accommodated a late check in with a drop box. Quiet property. Only real complaint is the horrible management company OYO. I will not book at one of their properties again. After calling to discuss late check in I was transferred around to people in India that I couldn’t understand at all every time. They couldn’t understand me either and couldn’t comprehend a late check in. Finally was transferred to the actual hotel. Then after the call I received a notice that I was booked at another hotel 3000 miles away and then they tried to invoice me for a no-show. Once again, dealing with someone from India to try and explain I was on the opposite coast already in one of their properties. If you do book an OYO property and need to contact the property, look the actual hotel up online, don’t contact through Expedia as you’ll get the horrible property management company.

Everything was amazing, clean room, staff was really nice and accommodating, the water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing! It will be my go to spot any time I visit in the future.

Likes: Convenient location, comfortable bed, clean room. Dislikes (minor): Worn/marred furniture, not enough towels, bathmat not replaced on 2nd day (had to use hand towel).

Choose a room with a river view! It included a roomy deck with table and chairs, so very enjoyable. The property has two buildings/parking areas. Exiting the one area wasn't easy due to the configuration but did not stop us from booking an extra night! It's a lovely place.

The property was easy to find. When we arrived there were quite a lot of open spaces to park. The check-in process was simple and straightforward. There was another section to the building around the corner which was also quite easy to find as well with directions given from the front desk. The parking lot was a little small but enough spaces. Upon entering the room, it was simply decorated and clean. There is no air conditioning in the unit but there is a fan and it does the job quite well. There are a lot of shops nearby within walking distance which is nice since they’re all about 10 minutes or less of a walk. Also a Safeway nearby for grocery needs or even a few local markets. The beach is also within walking distance to the Promenade. Overall stay was pretty good.

Loved the colorful and very clean room. Salt water taffy as a gift in room was a sweet bonus! Wish there had been 2 chairs instead in one, as there were 2 of us. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Seaside. Hotel was very clean. Very close to the beach and all the shopping in their downtown area. I knew from previous reviews that there would be no air conditioning but a tower fan was provided for the room that kept me cool and comfortable. My only reason for the 4 stars is that the wifi never worked the entire weekend I was there so I burned through quite a bit of phone data. But overcall, i would recommend and come back.

Spacious room, wonderful shower, huge and comfortable bed...kitchen facilities were convenient...location was perfect, being walking distance to beach and downtown Seaside...got a riverside room with a marvelous view. Dog friendly as well....top marks all around.

The Suite was nice & the king Bed so comfy The only problem I had was with Expedia.. I asked for a bathtub & upstairs room They didn't have that for me.. & they took out 20$ Also they gave me a option to pay in full cash @ the property & The lady Debbie @ the hotel says No & said no request for my upgrade.. I 'm very disappointed in Expedia
