「First, the staff were very nice and helpful. Before my check-in, staff had already asked for my estimated time of arrival for preparing the check-in. As I arrived late night, the staff was very helpful to guide me how to get to the hotel through Whatsapp and she responded very quickly. She also helped me to call taxi when I check-out. 「收了稅款，沒有收據。發現收多稅款50歐，與職員溝通，他們沒有禮貌又沒有說對唔住，態度非常差。 已掛了不用清潔門牌在門口，他們在我們離開房間後，入了我們房間不是清潔已是動了我們的物唔物品，關了我們的冷氣。感覺我們不在房間，職員可自出自入我們的房間，很不安全。 」
