Overall, the place is clean, but they are extremely stingy with cleaning supplies. Communication with the reception and staff is very poor — every time you email, a different person replies, and you have to repeat your request all over again. The air conditioning is terrible; you can’t switch it on or off, as it’s set automatically to 24–25°C. If you can find another hotel or accommodation for the same price, don’t hesitate, even if it costs you a little more.

The suite is new, but seem have not proper care. Floor is dirty. Bed drapes caused itchy. Stove is not working because the breaker switched off. Washer is not working because outlet was outage. The terrible thing is NO air condition on the first night. After so many messages complaints back and forth, we got the AC, but very weak, so I have to fan myself manually when sleeping. Location is far from public transportation ( > 10 min walk).

Faulty AC with locked thermostat panel

This hotel does not have reception and checking in is not very straightforward, struggled with the code given at first. It is a nice and clean hotel but the worst downside is their AC was not working, the thermostat was locked and apparently according to the rude customer service the Italian govt is only allowing them to have the AC between 23deg to 26deg celcius but it was more like 30deg inside and she said it should cool down in 12hours! I booked 3nights and asked her what if I am checking out tomorrow and she went “but you’re not”? I requested for an electric fan and none will be available until the next day as housekeeping have already left! We visited family in Milan so luckily I have a sister in law who had to bring us a fan in the middle of the night as it was unbearable. The next morning we woke up with mosquito bites as we had to open the doors/windows. I was seriously thinking of moving somewhere else but this would totally ruin my holiday plans plus last minute booking is usually pricey. When housekeeping brought the fan the following day she just opened the panel with a knife and entered a code, adjust the thermostat but didn’t really do any difference with the room temperature! I would have rated the accommodation a 5 but due to their nonexistent AC it is a 1 or a 0

Esta Bonita La propriedad , tienes para mi de primer aspecto negativo el aire acondicionado, lo bloquean para que no se toque y la temperatura era demasiado caliente dentro estaba en 80 f en pleno verano , tuve que comprar dos ventiladores porque el calor era inaguantable, el baño de tanto calor siempre estaba mojado, ya Que sudaba , otra cosa la Cocina , el panel de control la tenian bajado o sea aPagado, y no lo dijeron , estuvimos 3 horas buscando hasta que Llegamos a la conclusion que estaba off y lo encendimos , le escribi al dueño y nunca respondio .. la otra las fotos que Salen son de los buildings de adelante, el building esta ubicado detras

Fantastisk lejlighed!

Rummelig lejlighed, ny og pænt indrettet. Passer perfekt til familie med 2 børn hvor typiske hotelværelser bliver for småt hvis man gerne vil hygge om aftenen. Virkelig stor balkon. Alle køkkenmidler var tænkt ind i opholdet fra udlejers side, så det var bare helt perfekt! Eneste lille minus er temperaturen om sommeren. Metro lige i nærheden hvilket gør det nemt at komme rundt.

Dommage que le hall ne soit pas mieux insonorisé car le bruit résonne beaucoup. Dans l'appartement la climatisation faisait beaucoup trop de bruit. Le couchage du canapé à revoir car trop mou!!

Ótima estadia

Apartamento completo com ar condicionado central, geladeira, forno, fogão, microondas, lava louça. Ótima cama e sofá cama casal. Metrô a 10min com chegada ao centro em 15 minutos. Estacionamento somente externo na rua, mas local é tranquilo com vagas. Mercado a 15 minutos a pé. Recomendo!
