「Good location. Property is lovely. Room was large with kitchenette and had nice balcony to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city. Strong screened sliding door, so fresh air and no insects. Restaurant had nice view and food and service were great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting.」

「房间不大。门禁系统老是有问题，来回跑前台跑了好几次。早餐厅的服务特别好。」

「The staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed three different nights during our 10 days in Rwanda and they remembered us, gave us the room we liked best, did our laundry (for a cost) but kept it for us until we returned. The food was delicious and a varied menu. The shower was hot and had pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again」

「The location of this hotel is very good, the overall performance of the hotel is very satisfactory, the room clean and comfortable, beautiful scenery in the rooftop pool.」

「The room is clean, staff very helpful. Location is noisy, many shops around which makes it quite noisy. For short stay it is ok.」

「Every year when I bring teams to Kigali we always stay at the Urban. The staff and accommodations are top notch and the Bistro restaurant is always a favorite. When you have large teams it is hard to make everyone happy, but the Urban and the Bistro are a hit!」

「A very nice place to stay, right in the heart of Kigali’s Business Center. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Delphine, Rose and all other staff member for making my stay so amazing. I recommend this place and will not hesitate to stay at Tropical Plaza Apartment once in Kigali.」

「Room; squeak floor, sink, toilet or shower drain. Restaurant staff need pick up dishes after dinner (dishes were in room smelling all night). 」

「Great location and very quiet place. I loved the small and intimate vibe.」
