Great experience @ Ubumwe Grande Hotel.

I had a wonderful time during my 4- night stay at Ubumwe Grand Hotel. Lovely service, comfortable rooms and very pleasant staff. Manzi ( Roof top Restaurant staff) was exceptional. Also the hotel has an amazing roof top view of Kigali both during the day and at night. I would highly recommend Ubumwe Grande Hotel in Kigali to anyone visiting Kigali. Kigali is indeed a lovely, clean city. I plan to stay at Ubumwe Grande Hotel when next I visit Kigali, Rwanda. Keep it up.

Great business hotel

My stay was very comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant is wonderful. Nice to have a small fitness center, too. The outlets in my room tripped twice, but maintenance was quick to reset them. A minor inconvenience. Universal outlets are convenient.

Central hotel in Kigali

Ubumwe is a central hotel in Kigali with all facilities. It was easy to communicate with them in advance about late arrival/check-in and pick-up from airport. My room was spacious with a nice view of the city. Breakfast on the top floor of the building is amazing, as you can see the sunrise while eating. Breakfast had a big selection of cold and hot food. Reception is always helpful. A young man there even helped me post my postcards from post office as the post office was closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Perfect and honest service that I appreciated a lot!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is super helpful and very friendly. You have to go to the roof top open air restaurant- it is gorgeous and the food is excellent. The view of the city is amazing! Don’t miss it! Also the breakfast is very good! A wide variety and very healthy!
