「The woman that checked us in was very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. All the necessary soaps and linens were available. The bed was a little softer than we are used to, but still very comfortable. The A/C unit was easy to control. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and fresh! A good assortment of cereals, bakery items, juice, hot items (make your own waffles, a pre-made omelet tea, sausage patties and home fries). Would definitely book this hotel again.」

「The room was clean and well maintained. That’s all we need when traveling is a clean comfortable room. Bed was comfortable. Not a fan of carpeting in hotels/motels. But I believe that there were other rooms w/o carpeting if need be. Shower is a tiny stand up shower. If you are a big person you may want to request a room with a standard size tub with shower. 「Mattress was comfortable but we did have to ask for a set of sheet for the pull out couch. Staff was polite, breakfast was basically good though I had 3 kids with me that wanted pancakes but the pancake maker was broken. The cinnamon rolls were amazing! Location was convenient. 「The location of this property was great, on the perimeter of downtown Portsmouth which is a wonderful little city. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful.
