「New hotel with Beautiful furnishings. Large exercise room and laundry room. Very impressed with welcoming staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was only a one night stay but we would definitely return to see more of the area. Best hotel stay on our trip!」

This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

「As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. 「Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Always have to ring bell and eventually someone appears. Neon paper signs taped up in lobby area is a bit tacky. Breakfast is very...

「Room and bed were clean, AC worked perfect, refrigerator worked perfect, thin walls, small shower. Overall, we had a nice stay.」

「We were assigned a room on the first floor because we are handicapped. Although the hotel rooms are ALL nonsmoking, the room REEKED of cigarettes. We were then moved to a very acceptable room but it was on the second floor - with no elevator. The desk clerk helped to carry our luggage upstairs. All was well until check out, when we had to carry things downstairs. 」

There is always plenty to choose from for breakfast. Kittery Inn and Suites is also centrally located with easy access to Portland, NH. It is also a very peaceful place. The pool is awesome too.」
