「Four adults stayed in Cottage 1 at Buccaneer Beach Club. We checked into a clean cottage and it was cleaned every 2nd day. Shout out to Natalie who cleaned and always had the nicest smile and kind soul. Stanley is one of the first faces we saw, he greeted us and helped with the luggage and groceries we had. 「It was a wonderful week. From the clean room, friendly staff, great facilities, fun entertainment shows to the long beautiful beach where we spent most of the day soaking up that beautiful sunshine. The beach was clean and great to walk out to the water for ocean swims. The aqua show and the 80's rocknroll show had great dancers! It was fun to watch. We enjoyed late evenings chilling in your expansive lobby with friends.」

「The flat itself was quite decent but the owner of the property was very not responsive. She gave us a wrong lockbox code to access the flat, we tried to call her quite a few times with no luck. We eventually found out one of the window was not completely shut so we managed to "break into" the property. The bathroom wasn't clean to normal standards and the shower did not have hot water on the first day so we had to waste good few hours in the morning to sort everything out 」
