「location was hard to find as you have to use the location given in Expedia. Place was in a nice quiet location. Areas of improvement: sink water was running very very very slowly. Need sink replaced. Toilet would run more often on the second/third day and having to manually hold the stopper down was too much. WiFi was spotty which could have been due to the location. 「I arrived around 6pm to find out I needed a code to get inside the room, I never receive that code from the property manager, I tried to contact the property but no luck, I had to deal with Expedia for 2 hrs in the phone to find me another place to stay which was 30 min drive from where I was, it is the property job to make sure their guest have that code before arriving. 」

「The property I could see maintenance being required in most areas. People: some were very friendly as to be expected but most and I would say approximately 75 percent had a flat affect. 「Loved how friendly and helpful the entire staff at the resort were. Our room and property were very clean. Special kudos to our pool bartender Crisheida who was awesome. All the food, even the buffets were good, but they advertise 6 restaurants and most of our stay only two were open most nights for dinner. Also our beachfront room had beautiful views, but our beach ( the Atlantic side) was unusable because of all the seaweed. Only the Mamora Bay beach was usable, but very nice.」
