I truly appreciated that they let us leave our luggage at the hotel, which spared us from carrying it on our short trip to Wengen. This made the trip much more enjoyable for everyone. "We paid for a deluxe room. When we finally got the room, we found that the bathroom didn't have a door (maybe it's a new concept...), but the worst part was that the coffee maker, cups, and coffees were in the bathroom, right in front of the toilet! We asked to be transferred to another room and they moved us to a much smaller one. We asked about a credit, but according to them, "it was the same category." In short: my experience was bad. I don't recommend it."

We were upgraded to extremely beautiful room 310 with unbelievable views of the lake Lucerne, mountains and city. Every day we enjoyed our time on the balcony of our room. Room was in excellent condition with beautiful classic furniture. Very comfortable and roomy. In the morning we loved our delicious and freshly cooked breakfast. They had a tasty verity of bar food and you can also order from the menu. everything we tried was delicious and very fresh. Our waiter at breakfast was extremely professional and friendly. He made us fell that we knew him for a long time. Each morning we had a nice conversation with him and he gave us a good boost for the entire day. He gave us nice and very useful recommendation and suggestion. The stuff at front desk of the hotel was very helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our stay and when we decide to come back to Lucerne we defiantly will stay again in this paradise made by Grand Hotel National Lucerne. Thank you for such a beautiful and comfortable stay.
