「The room looked like it had recently been remodeled, and was clean. They don't do breakfast anymore, but they had a coffee station. Pool was not open while I was there not sure why. Motel was very close to restaurants and not far from the main strip.」

「No wash cloths provided in our room. The bed was the worst i think i have ever slept on. It was clean and had nice covers and pillows, but that did not help the fact that the mattress was so uncomfortable that i woke up with a horrible backache. I had to get my husband to help me out of the bed. It took a long time for the pain to subside. The second night was no better. The staff person in the lobby was friendly and helpful during check in. But we had no interaction with anyone else. 」

「Thought the room had a couch bed and it did not so they tried to sell us a trundle bed for $20 a night. Also booked through Expedia. Do not recommend. We were charged for the room twice」

「This hotel would be 5 stars if they put some more time into cleaning it. Our sheets had stains and hairs on them. The flooring looked nasty and had Not been vacuumed. The carpet and towles also had stains. I felt dirty the whole time. We ended up buying some sheets from Walmart. But I will say the plus of staying there is having steamy joes! Best breakfast and coffee in town!」

「This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room...
