「I could enjoy the magnificent view of the jungle in my room and the restaurant. There are some monkeys living nearby. Staff members of the hotels are helpful, nice and polite. 」

「The place is so nice and all the staffs are friendly and wonderful 」

「Wir haben zwei Übernachtungen inklusive Frühstück gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft würden wir nett empfangen und uns wurde zwar nicht für den Ankunftstag aber zumindest für den nächsten ein Roller zugesichert über eine Agency. Das war soweit auch in Ordnung, weil uns eine Mitarbeiterin im (zu Fuß weit entfernten) Ort absetzte. Wo wir ebenfalls vergeblich eine Möglichkeit zur Fortbewegung suchten. Am nächsten Morgen suchten wir zunächst vergeblich eine Person an der angeblich 24-Stunden besetzten...

「The room is very spacious with a big bed. The toilet is very nice as well. The only thing I would note is that for us which came from a tropical climate the temperature around the area might be a bit cold. Also getting grab/gojek is nearly impossible. I would recommend to arrange transport through the hotel to airport and long distance areas if not by bike. 」

「My mom had a knee injury and wasn't able to walk without crutches or wheelchair. The staff went all above and beyond to accommodate her and ensure she was OK. They were able to get us the closest room to the parking lot and were exteemely helpful ensuring she got there safe. The view is stunning, the facilities are extraordinary, the food is also good. Det va ändå inga problem att få lämna väskan och hänga på deras stora terrass med fantastisk utsikt.
