The rooms were clean and large. Even though it is somewhat worn and dated, everything worked. We had one issue with the A/C remote that was fixed immediately.
The staff were all warm and friendly. We arrived late and the restaurant just closed but Kaden and her colleagues scrambled around to get us snacks and a beverage. We had all our meals in the onsite restaurant and they were all good. Breakfast buffet was good value.
My wife and I had a spa treatment for two. My wife said it was the best massage she’s ever had.

The room upgrade was very much appreciated. It was on the fourth floor and had a lovely balcony and view of the beach. The resort was large with two pools and lots of choices for food.

The property is very nice. The rooms at comfortable but outdated, specially the bathrooms. Access to the beach is great and pools are great. Restaurant is good and buffet is very complete. I think if they want to be 4 star they need to make some important renovations and upgrades. Other than that it’s a very good hotel.
