「The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Could use a little refresh which I believe is in the works. The walls and ceilings are thin so we could clearly hear others talking and being romantic in their rooms but the windows kept the street noise at bay. We also had some unfortunate hallmates who were shouting and laughing in their room at 2:00 a.m. and we couldn't get in touch with any staff to quiet them. The location is right in the heart so very walkable to restaurants, pubs etc.」

「Average Hotel. The reception doesnt create a good first impression -a shabby office with frayed carpets. The room was OK, but old sash windows were broken and needed to be propped open with pieces of 4x2 wood offcuts. Parking is on a meter outside. I was expecting more. Breakfast was good in the small downstairs cafe which is part of the hotel. This hotel seems to be linked to another hotel on the seafront. 「This is a student dorm that’s rented when classes are out, but there was construction right outside my ground floor window that started at 3am?!? Windows felt paper thin. Those units shouldn’t be rented out until that work is done.」
