"The room - great for a small room - was well-proportioned. One of the two overhead beside lamps sadly didn't work but weirder - the duvet cover didn't close, like there were no buttons - so it kept getting caught up and I took it off, thinking it was a sheet, only to have to put it back on. "A good location, close to the bus station and shopping. Close to a mall and Patrick street. The room had a nice view of the River Lee, was clean, and had very crisp white sheets. Breakfast was good and staff there were very nice and helpful, as well as the bartenders in the lounge. I asked the front desk for recommendations a couple times. They seemed not inclined to answer with any specifics, but otherwise were nice. All in all it was a great stay!"

"Great service! Front desk was amazing and helpful. I wish I remembered her name but the young Spanish lady knew her stuff and provided answers and information quickly while multi-tasking. Fitness center was downstair with a small pool but still could do decent laps in. Food was good. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Rooms were big enough and comfortable. Would stay here again. "

"It’s a great hotel, clean, well maintained with efficient and personable staff. It’s just a 5 minute walk from the airport which is very convenient. Unfortunately their free airport shuttle was not working on the day we landed and since we were in our 60s and 70s, had 2 bags each and there are many steps up to get to the hotel, we had to take a 3 minute cab ride to the hotel."
