It is a modern, contemporary hotel very close to Kinsale with spacious, clean rooms, an open lobby area, adequate parking and a great balcony overlooking the water. The breakfast was great. The staff at the reception were very helpful and provided great recommendations. It's a ten minute drive to Kinsale.」

「Absolutely amazing staff from the minute we walked into the hotel. No elevator and we had very heavy bags so they delivered them to our door. We had to check out an hour before breakfast so they made us a fresh breakfast at 7:30am. Went to their bar and very friendly bartenders. Offered excellent suggestions for going around town. Parking was on street and super convenient. Hotel was very clean and looked recently updated. Definitely 5 star for us!」
「We loved the view from our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We took a longer walk over the nearby bridge to see the beach and old fort. Breakfast was also really good, and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant with a view of the marina. We would love to go back again, and we would highly recommend to friends and family!」

The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats.
