"Everything was great except in my deluxe twin room there wasn’t any drawers for clothes so I had to hang some on hangers or use my suitcase daily. As for laundry facility, it was good but in order to dry fully you have to do minimum one hour for a small load"

"Small room for 3 girls and their luggage. But great service. Level 9 has a room where you access bar snacks, Starbucks coffee with syrups, tea, craft beers and juice. They call it their lounge. But it’s really just a room. It’s unlimited and free for your stay if you get the upgrade "

"The hotel was fine, however the different lifts to get to different floors was a little annoying. Breakfast was standard and nothing really stood out. Selection for vegetarians was limited. Room was of a good sign, but limited on room etc's like bottled water, or bath salts. Any other items where available in the lobby, but would have been better if they where provided in the room itself."
