"Ok for short stay. "

"We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. It was perfect 6-7 minute walk to the station and close to a family mart and dotonbori "

"El hotel está nuevo, el personal es MUY amable y el lugar es precioso en una zona tranquila con vista al parque, los árboles y los siervos. Caminando llegas a los templos más importantes del parque Nara Habitación muy grande decorada en estilo japonés con una cama enorme con sábanas suaves hay un sofa, una mesa y aún mucho espacio. El baño es grande con ducha y tina y toallas ultra suaves. Excelente!!!"

"Great room and hotel had great ammenities, especially the beverage station in the lobby. It’s about a 10 min walk to the nearest transit line or a 15 min walk to the Kyoto station. The staff were very helpful."

"No front desk. Electronic check in but staff will come out to help if needed. Very clean hotel located in a very convenient location. Walking distance to subway/train station, to Namba where you can enjoy the food, the atmosphere and shopping. The reason why I do not rate it 5 star is the wifi is very weak. I messed up my check in because reception is so weak. Breakfast is from the freezer and you do your own microwaving. Next time when I visit Osaka, I will still consider this hotel but will...
