We stayed here during the middle of our trip and it was very convenient to have some laundry facilities. The staff was super helpful. Being located close to Kyoto station was also convenient. The room was much more spacious than our room in Tokyo. The shower was great. The was no breakfast but there was a good cup of coffee for a small fee. They also had a free place to leave our luggage for the day while we were out exploring. Great place.

I am so happy with the location of this hotel. You can find shopping options (E.g. shopping mall, drugstore, Don Quijote) and many restaurants nearby. The hotel room was large and comfortable. A minor thing is that there street light came through the curtain as it was not long enough but it was okay with me as I prefer some light while I woke up during the night.

Clean hotel. Great big lounge area where you can bring your food and eat. Microwave and water dispenser available as well. Location is close to Kyoto station with 711 and Lawson nearby. Only negative comment I can say is not being able to check in even 10 mins earlier than check in time.
