「I booked this property and the night before I received a regret message basically telling me that the booking was cancelled for unforeseen circumstances. Then stated I would be booked to an equally "similar unit." Long story short I fail for the scam. I agreed and was booked in a place that had nets flying around, no hot water, sliding door to balcony was shattered and I was charged a cleaning fee and service fee so the cost went up $235 more! The place wasn't even clean my socks were filthy...

「Clean room. Poor responsiveness of owner and manager. Basic necessities missing (sugar, coffee, salt, shampoo, conditioner)」

「This is a scam they will take your money and will deny you the access to the property. They stole my money till now I dont get my money and I was denied the access to the property. Thats a scam.」

「YOUR REQUIRED TO PAY A CLEANING FEE BUT WHEN I ARRIVE DAY ONE THE UNIT LOOK LIKE IT'S BEEN LOCKED UP FOR DAYS AND COULD USE SOME UPGRADES THE KITCHEN IS DECENT THE POOL IS GREEN LACK OF MAINTENANCE, SECURITY AT THE GATE IS HEPFUL THEN IVE BEEN TOLD THE NOTES I LEFT THE BANK SAID ITS TOO OLD AND WON'T ACCEPT THEM SO I SHOULD EXCHANGE THEM THEN I GET A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT BANK ACCEPT ONE NOTE AND I NEED TO REPLACE OTHER NOTE, IT WAS ONE BIG JOKE TO ME.」

「I liked the area the property was clean ,my dislikes was the fact there was no elevator and the parking space there was not one assigned for that particular apartment. 」

「Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others.
