「The Warren House is a beautiful property. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, however they seemed understaffed. The hotel seems to be going through some changes. The dining room was closed, dinner was served in the breakfast area. High tea in the garden was 5 star. Would stay again.」

「Bar staff were not very helpful when checking in and left me waiting for the manager for 15 minutes and was ignoring me and non-responsive when I would ask what the delay is. Other than that the experience was fantastic, the room was lovely, the restaurant was lovely, can’t complain. Just the check in experience left a slight sour taste.」

「We stayed here for our daughter’s weeding on the hottest 2 nights of the year. The room was like an oven with 1 small fan and 2 small bottles of water (500ml). Totally inadequate for the weather being 32degress. There was no fridge, no air conditioning and no slippers or dressing gowns. Breakfast was extremely expensive at £34 per person per day.
