"Very noisy, not clean"

"Room was thick of dust, very poorly cleaned. Hairs on the bed, shower stained, toilet dirty. Towels not clean. Had to check out immediately due to the room not being fit for purpose and booked into a different hotel. Property are doing nothing to rectify this"

"The spa was beautiful and I enjoyed my 18th at your hotel. "

"Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed."

"The room was spacious and the bed was more than a double, greatly appreciated. The shower, although in the bath, was powerful and the water temperature easily controlled. The TV wasn't huge but a taller guest might knock their head on it as it was on the wall just where I walked round the bed from my side. Staff were friendly and amenable. Breakfast was tasty."

"No parking available. Carpet filthy and stained. Mould in several places in bathroom and corridor. No wifi whatsoever even though it is advertised. Drunks shouting till 1AM then drunk woman screaming at 3.30 AM. Possibly staff member. Place was full of workmen obviously not caring about dirty work boots. Lack of wifi blamed on the brewery. "

"I was informed when I turned up that the restaurant was shut. Place was in the middle of nowhere. Hotel looks really run down. I didn’t stay. "
