「Good service from staff and clean room」

「My friend and I had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Bed was so comfy, shower huge. Used the spa facilities, which again was very nice, not too busy, only negative was would have liked robes in the room. It would have been good if the bar stayed open afer 12 though as would have enjoyed a quiet night cap after christmas party. Will definitely stay again. Breakfast in the morning was good, nice selection.」

「Really nice. Lovely quirky room, great location, staff were great, nice bar downstairs, couldn’t fault it. Steep steps up to my room which I was Ok with but if you have mobility issues you should mention. But I’d 100% recommend this place. 」

「The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge. I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay. I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query.」
