"front desk staff are rude. food came out cold and far to many kids messy in it, u supervised. dogs barking in room 2 door down. pool area beyond loud n noisy. "

"We had a non functioning hot water handle in the bathroom. The engineer couldn’t budge it without a wrench! So we didn’t have use of that but the hotel was trying to be accommodating except they couldn’t give a discount or comp because we booked through a 3rd party! If only I knew! I won’t be using hotel.com because there’s very little that could be done except through them and there wasn’t an easy way to get in touch with them so it probably went unreported! Don’t want to say never again but this has soured us on using any other or this, 3rd party service."

"My husband and I had a great overall experience staying at the Element in King of Prussia this past weekend. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out was how professionally and quickly the team handled an issue on our last evening. Unfortunately, guests in the room next to us were smoking, which began to affect our room. Mind you this is a smoke-free hotel. We called down to the front desk, and despite it being late and last-minute, the staff responded immediately and were able to move us to another room without any hassle. We truly appreciated how understanding and efficient they were in resolving the situation. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest comfort made a big difference and turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. We’re very grateful for their help and would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

"No hot water in the three rooms we were moved to and our refrigerator was warm and moldy. There is only one suitcase cart for the whole property and someone had it stowed in their room and no one could find it..never again!"

"Casino was not lively but better than the stay, the room had no windows and they didn't give me the option of choosing a room with or without window, bed was comfortable though. No restaurants like advertised only eateries which all did not open until Friday. Location was NOT convenient"

"This hotel and the management are superior to Any other KOP hotel I’ve stayed in! From top to Bottom all the employees are 5 star and care about their job!!! Breakfast was great and always attended to with super friendly care. The housekeepers are kind and hard working! Please consider this place!"
