I stayed at this hotel to be close to my work in Chelmsford. The breakfast was good but a 07.00 start would be better, especially for the next few years while the new Gallows Corner is being built.」

「They have changed us to another Ilord Best Western hotel when we checked in due to the maintenance of our room. It was too sudden and didn't inform us in advance. I was frustrated at first because we were worried that the other hotel won't be closer than the original one. Luckily, this is closer to the Ilford station as well. So, I didn't think I should complain about it even the hotel hasn't given us prior notice. It's still a good choice if you have tight budget.」
