「Loved everything about this place. The grounds were amazing, hotel itself was beautiful and our daughter enjoyed her spa time. We ate at the bar and grille and food was very good, the buffet breakfast in the other restaurant was great and late night cocktails at the lobby bar was lots of fun, the staff were all amazing and so friendly especially Sean, the concierge or manager I’m not sure. 「We stayed at Rafter's for our first night in Ireland, and it was a great start to the trip. The location was perfect, only about a five minute walk to Kilkenny Castle. 「Excellent from start to finish. Welcomed warmly, directed before having to ask, room was luxurious and adapted for my mum without requesting so assume all rooms are adapted. Food was just perfect. I loved everything about it. The grounds are ablaze with colour and manicured beauty.」
