「Check in was slow. The people in front of me seemed to have big problems. A guy kept coming out from the back and talking to the front desk staff and preventing them from moving the people through. When I got to the counter, my check in took about 2 minutes. They probably need a separate line for normal people. After we got the room, everything went very well. The room was awesome. 「This quiet, small hotel is within walking distance to several pubs, and a grocery store next door. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a beautiful view. Continental breakfast was lovely, with a good variety of options. Convenient driving to Doolin and the Burren, and to Galway City. We had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend!」

「We loved the character of Carrygarry house. It was quaint and quiet. The hosts were really helpful. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. This is close to Shannon airport so a good place if you need to make airport runs. Highly recommend.」

「The hotel was a delightful surpise; charming architecture and decor with several lounge rooms and 3 restaurants off the reception area. Our room, though not “large” was bigger than most rooms on our trip, including luxury hotels we stayed in. It was immaculately clean and well furnished with a small refrigerator, small dining table, comfortable chairs, and desk area. It is an older hotel but renovated well.
