「Great stay」

「We did get an upgrade to beach view which was the best thing at this resort. BEAUTIFUL VIEW! Not happy about: 1. had to pay for parking all days except Monday-Wednesday. 2. Sky Bar - bar and grille did not have friendly staff. 3. Room was very small but clean-comfortable double queens, no table, and bathroom was very small. 4. Coffee pot in room but no coffee station in lobby like most hotels/resorts, they wanted you to buy their very expensive coffee and high priced breakfast/lunch. 5. As...

「Beautiful older, but beautifully maintained hotel. Staff are exemplary & go out of their way to assist with anything you might need. Two things that would greatly contribute are: a small bar and beach chairs, as beach chairs & umbrellas are costly to rent at the beaches.」

「Room was nice. Front desk staff was slow and the bar service on both occasions was terrible. Inattentive and easily distracted. Decent pool but not very big so get up there early if you want to get a chair. 」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Not what I would normally expect of a Hilton. Seems to be catering to a younger crowd wit few amenities. Parking was a ridiculous $40 for overnight.」

「Room view was poor, roof top had continuous birds, and I couldn't see over it even if I were able to go outside, which I wasn't thanks to the rooftop tenants/birds who were very loud.」

「Well, this is not the place for a quiet getaway, but it’s delightful, clean, fun, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. I was truly blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the front desk staff. They do a great job preparing you for the nightclub hotel hybrid model, and even though I was staying in one of the rooms above the bar, I didn’t have any trouble sleeping or relaxing at night. 」

「Such a great hidden gem! Walkable to the beach, and restaurants. The room was modern, cozy and well stocked. We enjoyed this place very much. Will definitely return. 」
