「It was a beautiful place. Staff helpful, it was clean and general excellent. The hidden fees added to the cost. No free breakfast that is usual available from Hilton. Extra 50 a day for the resort, 28 for car parking, resort fee for every purchase. No availability to use cash. All adds up in the cost.」

「I didn’t like that we couldn’t use the beach because the seaweed was not removed to make beach accesible. Also our room floor was dirty, appears that it has not been cleaned with water for a long time; when walking barefoot in room our feet became very very dirty with floor dirt. Room floor should be cleaned with water to remove dirt. Resort is very nice, employees are great, kind and very friendly. I hope my above recommendation is taken into consideration and resolved. 「Honestly, the resort was nice, however we went during red tide, which really affected the whole trip. The resort STANK. I know it's not their fault, but they really should update their socials or send emails to let people know what's going on in case they want to make changes to their trips.
