「the Lodge is a rustic wooden/stone U-shaped single story building with quaint rooms that feel vintage. Some repairs are obvious but the neatness & cleanliness of the rooms & exterior are great. It is not a corporate hotel stay with lobby, coffee, etc. You walk out of your room to a rustic veranda & chairs with a view of the Kern river. It has it's own private beach. Kernville is a destination to relax in the countryside and the Lodge compliments that experience. I will patronize again. Good job...

「Everything was great!
If you are looking for a quiet place in the nature, Quiet Mind lodge is perfect place to stay.
The staff is very friendly, room was clean, breakfast was better than we were expecting, we had a good size yogurt with oatmeal and blueberries, some bread coffe, juice, what else an i say.」
