「Helpful, efficient desk personnel. Clean room with all the amenities we needed - including microwave, small refrigerator, and comfortable bed. Access to fitness room early morning before breakfast much appreciated. 」

Breakfasts were for a change very good with decent sausages, decent patties and great crispy bacon. Good coffee and allround a great stay because front desk folks very friendly and cleaning lady very enjoyable to chat to.」

「The property was beautiful and relaxing, with the private lake, manicured grounds and surrounded by majestic horses. The hosts were very welcoming. We even had an impromptu game of Cash Cab at breakfast since everyone says My Husband looks like the Cash Cab Host. It was a fun and personalized way to end our visit there! 」

「Aesthetically, it had a wonderful old world feel. You can tell they are still working on getting the hotel to where they want it but the details in place already are great. I loved the ipads coupled with the rotary phone in the room. The steakhouse downstairs while closed the 2 days we were there was closed really made me want to eats there. (Silk’s) The attention to detail is really strong draw for this hotel. I would definitely book here again. Comfortable bed, clean, nice bathroom linens...
