「Hotel provided after hours check in which was great and appreciated however check in paperwork is misleading. It states the facility is not pet friendly however I booked through a third party as a pet friendly establishment. This caused stress and concern throughout the night. When staff was on site the following morning I was informed some rooms were pet friendly…. 」
